My old toilet lever cracked and the handle wouldn't flush the toilet, so I took some measurements, and modeled it in SolidWorks. You will need to either re-use, or replace the set screw from the old lever. This is for a hex style handle with flats ~0.170" per side. I included the model if you need to make slight adjustments in the dimensions. Let me know if this helps you!!
