I printed this and fixed my toilet paper holder from https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B6Z31MHP?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I thought I would make this public for anyone with the same problem. It is an easy fix and just needs the printed part to be tapped into the rod that holds the toilet paper. It can not be seen once installed. You will want to rotate it 180 to have the hole on top. before printing
