This is the internet's easiest fully printable toilet paper dispenser. I even made the spring! Watch me making one here: http://youtu.be/LGXhqF4laZc Instructions You may need to print the pieces separate. The one .stl that has all three pieces has them close together and may crash some people print heads. I uploaded each individual model so you can print them in what ever orientation you want. UPDATE~~~~~ Print the two cylinders out of PLA or whatever you want, but the spring works best when printed from ABS or Nylon.
