This is a toilet paper roll holder extender that is rigid. The small cylinder is press fit into the existing toilet paper holder cylinder. Mine is 0.62" in diameter, but yours may be a different size. File is in inches so may need to convert to mm for your slicing software. Note: this is not universal, just something I made to solve my problem.
