Tolerence and Clearance Test

Tolerence and Clearance Test

thingiverse

This is a remix of thing #2841247, with added labels for X and Y. The cube is 40mm for the X and the Y. The diameter of the hole is 15mm. Per the original instructions. which can be found here https://bradshacks.com/3d-printing-tolerancing/ , to calibrate your "Hole Horizontal Expansion" you'll want to take the average of the measurements, minus it from 15 and divide in half, that should give you a good starting point for your hole horizontal expansion. A positive hole horizontal expansion will make the hole bigger, while a negative number will shrink the hole. The hole horizontal expansion only affects true holes, ones which are fully constrained. I'm on here often, so if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment. As well, if you print this please leave a comment so I know how often my uploads are being used. It motivates me to upload more of my remixed designs!
