My grandson's Toniebox cloth speaker cover was getting damaged from fidgeting little fingers. My daughter didn't want the expensive gadget to get damaged so I built this Otterbox like case for it. The hex grid side protects the speaker side and all the corners are protected from falls.

Print the four pieces flat side down, no support needed.

Assemble with eight M3x18mm socket head screws, you will need a 2.5mm allen wrench or driver bit. Hint: Most Ace Hardware stores in the U.S. sells these in the little part drawers including the allen wrench so you don't have to buy a whole metric set.

I used PLA, stiffer TPUs might be an interesting choice.

Tonies: https://us.tonies.com/
