Tonkin is a strategy game for 2 players for 8 years and was very popular in France at the end of the 19th century. Like nine man morris, but more complex and exciting. The course of the game: At the beginning of the game, the playing field is empty. During the first phase of the game, players alternately place a stone on a free node - until all stones are embedded. Then the game moves to the next phase: it will be sucked in. Players alternately draw one stone in any direction to an empty neighbor's square. The train must run along the connecting line. Aim of the game Who manages to arrange his stones in such a way that three, five or seven lying next to each other in a straight line. There are four possible winning setups. Whoever forms one of these four positions first is the winner.
