Custom model of Tony Stark's 'Mechanic Gun' from Iron Man 3. Provided as solid part and exploded with keys for printing on smaller machines. Modelled in a few hours from movie captures and the Hot Toys 1:6 accessory. Printed with 0.2 and 0.3mm layer heights, 0.4mm walls, 10-15% infill and 3-4 top/bottom layers. I have updated the exploded model file with better keying now that I have tested all the parts. I would recommend slicing two of the cylindrical parts (gas bottle and handle) in half in netfabb or a similar program for printing as, at least for me, the surfaces of the parts where support had been extruded came out quite rough. This is my first model and one of my first 3D prints, if anyone has any updates they want pushed, leave a comment!
