Tool Changer Head 2020 Extrusion

This is a modular tool changer head and carriage for 2020 extrusions, specifically for the E3D V6. I have changed the design I will be using on my personal machine ("OneCube" tool changer project on my page), but decided to upload my original design also. These parts are UNTESTED, and will not be updated unless I find a need for them, or if someone requests a specific feature, update, or issue. The 6 cutouts are meant for 8x3mm magnets to be glued in. Depending on the strength of the magnets you most likely will not need to fill all the cutouts. Experiment and see what works best for you and your machine. The toolhead has a built in part cooling fan duct on the side. This is not the ideal setup but i wanted to have it built in with as little space wasted as possible, so it should work well enough. It uses two 25mm fans in order to get a larger flow in a smaller space. The heat sync fan is the standard V6 fan and standard clip on shroud which slide through the side cutout after it has been mounted in the toolhead. A mount for a BL Touch is built into the changer sled. It uses defauly hardware. It does not take up much space so if you do not have a BL touch you can simply leave the space empty. If needed you can modify the part to accommodate another sensor or add more fan holes as this is where the heatsink exhaust flows out. Thank you for your interest in my work! If you decide to use this and create your own toolhead I would love to see your design!
