TOOL-LESS remix of the "Dell 3040/5040 2.5" rails replacement for original X9FV3" by user Kiziuk. I increased the depth of the screw hole and adjusted some size and spacing to better suit the use of a printable "pin". The pin is included in a separate file. You will need to print 1 rail, 1 mirrored rail, and 4 pins total. The pins should slightly press fit into the rail as well as the screw holes on your 2.5" drive. The rails will fit slightly loose on the drive but will be retained once installed in the computer chassis. You can also still opt to still use M3 x 5mm screws of just about any size and head style.
