I have a ruler, caliper and earbuds that have been messily laying on my desk. It may seem random to keep those together, but those are the only tools (+ earbuds) I have, so it made sense. Earbuds not shown, but they can easily be wrapped around the right-most pole that contains a little lip at the top to stop them from sliding off.
