This is a carousel type tool holder. The top print is meant to have a 22mm skate bearing press fit into the bottom. the Bottom print fits into the skate bearing and allows it to turn. EDIT: I changed the bearing fit from 22 to 23mm so that the bearing would actually fit. updated the files to version 2
