Toolbox drawer inserts

thingiverse

A collection of pre-sized STLs for hardware drawer sets, specifically designed to fit in this set from an Australian electronics store: https://www.jaycar.com.au/30-drawer-unit-parts-cabinet/p/HB6323 You might be able to find an equivalent. **If you can't match the predesigned STLs to your drawers**, there is also a SCAD file called 'ToolboxInsert' which you can use Customizer to adjust according to your parameters. You can choose the length, width, height of your insert, and the wall thickness (which determines the thickness of all outer walls, the base and the dividers). You can also choose how many segments your drawer insert is broken up into. Finally, you can choose whether your drawer insert has chamfered slopes on the inside for easy retrieval of small parts. I printed these on my Ender 3v2 - Layer height: 0.2mm - Speed 80mm/s - Initial layer speed: 50mm/s - Wall line count: 5 (no infill on the walls = faster print) - Bed adhesion: skirt - Seam: expose seam - Left cooling fan until after the base had printed (so with a wall thickness of 1.6 then I activated cooling after layer 8) - Infill is up to you - I'd recommend something like 15% as it's not necessary for structural purposes. If you choose a version without chamfers then the print doesn't use infill anyway.
