Version II -Significant changes made to all tool catches, tools fit much better. -Opening edge slightly modified (-0.010"), case closes better. -No future versions expected Story Annoyed with misplacing my tools at the office I decided to make this toolbox for myself and the technicians. It is a box for the most used, lost and borrowed tools at my office. Please download and enjoy. If you want to make one for your office and need a hand please contact me. Tools All the tools can be purchased at McMaster Carr (www.mcmaster.com), here are the order numbers. Screw driver kit: 52985A22 Hex Driver, 0.05": 5497A22 Hex Driver, 1/16": 5497A23 Hex Driver, 5/64": 5497A24 Hex Driver, 3/32": 5497A25 Hex Driver, 7/64": 5497A26 Tweezers: 5669A13 Brush: 7431T92 or knife: 35545A71 Vial: 5274T69 Magnets The holes fit 3/16" x 1/2" magnets. Unfortunately McMaster does not carry that size, I purchased 5852K12, a 5" long magnet, and broke and sanded it to make the size needed. Hinge The pin for the hinge is a length of 1.75mm ABS filament, cut to length. Add a drop of crazy glue at one end to hold it in place. Other notes The brush can be replaced with a small utility knife, but both can't be stored at the same time. There are also spots for seven 1/4" screw bits. As well as three small taps, 2-56, 4-40 and 6-32 shown. Please keep in mind that printing each side takes about 7.5 hours. Size Closed the box is about: Wide: 5.5" (including hinge) High: 7.0" Depth: 1.5"
