Help make people make facemasks! These are tools to help people make the AB Mask designed by Jessica Nandino, RN, initially published on Instructables and known as the "By a nurse, For a nurse" face mask. The full-size (unfolded) mask templates for adults and kids can be laser cut (or milled) and the "cut on fold" templates are small enough to be 3D printed. There is a 21x1.5in ruler as well to help cut fabric strips to use as ties. People everywhere are encouraged to produce these tools and make them available for free to sewers. There are labels to print as well if helpful to mark your templates for distribution (designed for Avery 5662). A nice addition to your kit is the bias tape tool (4cm) available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4232886/files. A video about how to create bias tape with that tool is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ot3zV9He8I If you need help starting a collective in your area to produce and distribute these tools, you can reach out to me through illinoisppe.org A video on how to create the AB Mask can be found on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pg7iRjOI67g Special thanks to Jessica Nandino, RN, for creating the AB Mask and granting me permission to create tools using her design. Masks made using this pattern should be donated, not sold. #FaceCoveringChallenge
