This is a toothpaste cap tool to help either small or elderly hands turn the top of the toothpaste. It tapers from a 15mm to 17mm hole with small teeth to help grip the cap. The teeth on this tool are fairly small, smaller than my 0.4mm nozzle could print so it just didn't bother, however it still seems to work fine.
