This is a tool used to make a type of rug using cloth strips, called a "toothbrush rug needle" because for several years people would make them by whittling down a toothbrush handle into a needle shape. Unfortunately, that specific kind of toothbrush is very hard to find these days, so I made my own version to easily print.
