Having manufactured numerous gears (view them here), I encountered difficulty in rotating them externally when assembling dioramas. Seeking guidance from my trusted mentor, we brainstormed a solution without requiring me to sculpt a worm gear with a lathe. We devised this design that matches the miniature gears on my gear sheet (top two) and features long gears for 6-inch boxes and smaller ones for 4-inch frames. Now, I'm excited to print it using the laser cutter, keeping my fingers crossed for success!
