Tiny whoop / Toothpick style battery mount can easily be used for 1S / 2S / 3S batteries by swapping the TPU band for different sizes.

The mount consists of two parts (ABS / PLA / resin / preferably carbon fibre nylon) base plates to which you attach a TPU band (different sizes to follow shortly 1S / 2S / 3S).

Also included are versions designed to fit:

TKS 75 (2mm) carbon frame

BETAFPV HX100 SE carbon frame

Both versions attached to the frame and include front and rear types where the rear incorporates an XT30 mount.

Fitting is achieved by using M2 countersunk bolts, for the Shark Byte system I use M2x20mm, if you are only using one board then shorter countersunk bolts (10mm or 15mm) should be used. These are fitted from the bottom up into M2 nylon bolts (ideally recessed into the canopy as per my other design referenced below).

Preferably print these in carbon fibre nylon (light weight and strong material). This is a secure mounting system that should work for pretty much all tiny whoops and toothpick style racing drones.

Also see canopies to match: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4830204 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5235436

Print Settings

Printer:

Qiditech One

Rafts:

Yes

Supports:

No

Resolution:

200

Infill:

20

Filament:
PolyMaker ABS and TPU

Notes:

Base is ABS / PLA and the band is TPU

Category: R/C Vehicles
