<h1>Toothpick dispenser.</h1> **(EDIT2 19/SEP/2018)** This is my first functional design. Push the button and take your toothpick. Use <strong>2mm</strong> round toothpicks. It does not work with flat toothpicks. I have to say this is a dificult piece to print. It needs accurate printer. * Piece **"g"** set layer fan at 100%. I have setted the option **Allow single extrussion fill** of Simplify3D * Pieces **"a1"** and **"a2"** need to be glued. Let it dry in a ventilated place before mount it. A small drop of glue is enough. **- (UPDATED1)** Printers with two nozzles can try to print **"A1_A2"** with soluble supports. **I can't try this option**. **- (UPDATED2)** NEW PIECES. NOT GLUE NEEDED **"a1_MOD"** and **"a2_MOD"**. Use M3x10mm screws. Follow _instructions (screw version)_. _My print settings_ **Rafts:** no **Resolution:** .02 **Supports:** No. Except piece **"h"**. It needs a small support like in the image. And piece **"b"** needs support too in the hole. **Infill:** Doesn`t matter. I have printed it without infill. **Shells:** 3 **Horizontal size compensation:** -0.05mm EDIT1: Added piece **"A1_A2"** together in one piece. For anyone who can print with soluble supports. EDIT2: Added pieces **"a1_MOD"** and **"a2_MOD"** to use with *instruction(screw)* version. It is the same but use screws (M3 x 10mm) instead of glue.
