toothpick swiss knife

After searching for a toothpick for my swiss-made army knife I found the one from SteveCaplin. Thanks a Lot :-) Unfortunately it did not really fit into my knife. I made some modifications to exactly match my original toothpick. Hope you'll like it, enjoy. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,15 Infill: 100% Notes: I printed the toothpic with 0.3 nozzle with white PLA and it actually turned out quite well :-) Post-Printing Since the tip has 3 complete layers on top of each other and the rest of the toothpick has more, it's stable and still flexible. How I Designed This increased the overall length to 48,5 mm increased the head-heigth by 1 mm -> 3.6 overall tilted the head to fit into the side pocket of the knife decreased width to 3mm on head and to 2.85 mm in the middle moved the protrusion further down widened the tip ...
