Top Filament Guide for Printed Solid Next Gen Safety Enclosure

<p>Top filament guide for use when your spool is to the side of your printer enclosure. &nbsp;Designed to go with my <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/90405-side-spool-holder-for-printed-solid-next-gen-safet">side spool holder</a> but likely will work for other applications. &nbsp;Fits using screws that ship with the enclosure. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Revised (v4 &amp; v7): reworked for PTFE tube and fittings. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Pass thru Guide (v4) - M10x1 threads to take pass thru fitting. &nbsp;Should be able to take PTFE fitting thru the center but limited clearance has made it difficult to print accurately.</p><p><br>Filament guide v4 - Two M6x1 threaded both sides for end fittings. &nbsp;- found it hard to feed filament thru even with PTFE added between the fitting.</p><p>Filament guide v7 - M10x1 thread on front side and M6x1 on the back side. &nbsp;Allows PTFE pass thru for easier loading of filament. &nbsp;Maintains end fitting threads on the back side for dryer connection if desired.</p><p>Filament guide v8 - Extended the guid out the side 30mm. &nbsp;Had a full spool of Prusament come off the spool and wrap around the spool holder causing the print to fail. &nbsp;This should prevent this issue going forward.</p><p>Recommended settings (what I used):</p><p>Filament Guide:</p><p>0.2mm layer height (0.4mm nozzle)</p><p>4 sidewalls (no infill space)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Pass Thru:</p><p>0.1mm layer height</p><p>Detect Thin Walls</p><p>PrintedSolid Jesse PLA</p>
