This is an adapter to use a Topeak MTX QuickTrack bag with a Ride1Up 700 series bike rack. The rack is very secure with over 2000 miles of testing, with no issues. Its held together with 4x - #12-24 - 1.5 Inch HomeDepot screws, though its tolerant of longer ones if needed. I recommend printing the bottom of the print in lower .3 quality but the top portion that clips to the bag in a very high infill .2 for maximum strength.
