Topeak Quicktrack adapter for Stromer ST1X Racktime rack
thingiverse
I recently acquired a Stromer ST1x equipped with a "RackTime" European standard rack, which prompted me to utilize my Topeak QuickTrack pannier by creating an adapter. I decided to print one myself. To create this adapter, you will need the following parts: - 4 bolts measuring 3mm in diameter and 10mm in length - 4 bolts measuring 3mm in diameter and 20mm in length - 8 nuts with a 3mm diameter Now, let's move on to the assembly process. First, you will need to print two "racktime adapter" components. Next, print two "brace" components and one each of the "mtx_quickrack" front and back pieces. You will be assembling two independent units. Each unit consists of a "racktime adapter" that slides into the rack's pegs, which fit snugly into the corresponding holes on the rack. On top of these adapters, place the front and back quicktrack components, securing them with 2 10mm bolts at the rear end (bolts facing upwards, nuts downwards). Assemble these parts carefully. Once you have assembled both units, slide them onto the rack, positioning the one with the crossbar in the front. Next, attach a brace to each unit in front of the rack's crosspiece using a 20mm bolt from above and a nut below. This brace will prevent the adapter from sliding off. Finally, place your quicktrack bag on top and secure it to the front bar using its clip mechanism. Your adapter is now complete and ready for use.
