<p>This a belt clip for the Topeak Ratchet Rocket, specifically with the plastic case: https://www.amazon.com/Topeak-Ratchet-Rocket/dp/B01GS9ADF8</p> <p>This is a CNC/machining/metal CAD. The holes will not be dimensionally correct through 3D printing due to shrinkage, &amp; probably all the holes will be too tight. I won't make a 3D printing specific CAD unless I get explicit interest therefor.</p> <p>I rendered this in aluminum a few years ago with a Tormach 1100 CNC, &amp; it was kind of heavy. I carried it extensively for about a year. A few photos of that are available. I lost the CAD, so I made another one. I pulled all the measurement off of the existing piece. I added a huge slot in the middle to reduce weight &amp; unnecessary material.</p> <p>18 Dec 2016: Added another version, _2, which has even more weight/redundancy reduction.</p> <p>21 Dec 2016: Forgot to mention, I think this fits an 1.5" wide belt.</p> <h3>Assembly &amp; Materials</h3> <p>You will need the two countersunk 2 mm bolts that come with it. Just place it on the case, drop the bolts through, &amp; tighten.</p> <p>You may need to do some filing to get the corner/fillets to fit.</p> Category: DIY
