Tormach PCNC 1100 Spindle Coolant Shield

This is a shield to protect the lower spindle bearing of Tormach PCNC1100 machines from grease washout due to splashing in flood coolant applications. This part installs on the 50mm flange on the lower spindle nose. It is designed for a firm fiction fit when printed in PETG on a Prusa I3 MK3 and may need to be scaled up or down slightly depending on your machine and materials. Two 0.150"/3.8mm set screw bores are included for additional security using #8 or M4 hardware.
