This is a pivot collar that's used for knives with big curvatures. Designed to fit the SVG-45 knife jigg from Tormek. Simply slide the collar onto the jigg and fasten it with the M8 screw. I have added a 9mm and a 10mm version as well which should work with Triton jigg.
