This is an accurate CAD model of the Torque Systems Servo Motor T1102R0100. I have designed this to be as realistic as possible, in Solidworks 2013. I even included the company label! Let me know what you think of it. I hope you enjoy it! CAD Specifics:Measurements taken of motor with 4 decimal place accurate caliper.Mount plate, mount points, length of motor & shaft diameter are all exact.Inner holes for bolts/screws are estimated, as I did not disassemble motor. Bolt length is guessed.IN REALITY: blue body of motor is not perfectly square. It measures 4.340in on one side and 4.3465 on the other. IN CAD: both square sides of the extruded_body are 4.3465in, so it is a perfect square. I think that is what they were after in manufacture.Fillets are estimated. Corner arcs on the body are estimated. I used a quarter (.9545in dia) and it was just slightly too big to fit the arc perfectlyIN CAD: rounded down to .9in diaIN REALITY: the edges of the back "end_cap" and the "extruded_body" are not perfectly flush. The "end_cap" is slightly smaller on all 4 sides by a few thousandths of an inch. IN CAD: It is flush.IN REALITY: the edges of the back "end_cap" and the "end_plate" are not perfectly flush. The end cap is slightly larger on all 4 sides by a few thousandths of an inch. IN CAD: it is flush.IN CAD: larger cable connector is PG-13 thread instead of metric. mcmastercarr did not have a size between m16 and m20 for metric. smaller cable connector is m16CAD for bolts were taken from mcmaster-carr. Liquid-Tight Cord Grip connector CAD was taken from mcmaster-carr. CAD had to be modified for accuracy (differed from hummel connector used on actual servo motor.) The connectors were modeled to emulate the Hummel motor connectors.
