Torqueboards AT Pulley Spacer

Torqueboards AT Pulley Spacer

I needed to remove the secondary bearing from torqueboards at wheels due to a short axle length. This spacer allows a 55mm m4 bolt to connect the pulley to the wheel hub instead of relying on the additional bearing. Instructions: 1. Drill out the center of the pulley so that the hub bearing is resting against your axle. Make sure the hole is large enough so that it is not rubbing on your trucks. 2. Use the existing hub as a guide and drill through the five m4 holes into the pulley. 3. Insert m4x55mm bolts through the spacer, pulley and hub. Secure with the included m4 nylon nuts on the front face of the hub. I am using flipsky's 12" DKP trucks and this was required to use these wheels.
