This is a tortilla press I made a while ago for the li'l woman. This is actually prototype #2. I cut it out of hard maple on my CNC router. No biscuits or dominoes of any kind were used to join the parts, just Titebond III PVA. I made a clamp jig so that I could really put some force on it during glue-up. I was a bit worried about it splitting apart, but so far it's still holding up great.
