Torture Calibration

Torture Calibration

thingiverse

This is a torture test as well as a calibration. The object dimensions are 50x50mm to measure the outside. The cylinders, both holes and poles, are 3.0, 3.15, 3.3, 3.5, 3.75, and 4.0mm. These will help to calibrate the inside and outside diameter so that you know what works best for your printer. I recommend getting the 50x50 spot on, then printing to find out what the cylinder dimension work best for your slicer and printer. This way, you can figure out the printer tolerances and your model dimensions when you model. For the lines the widths are 3, 2, 1, 0.75, 0.5, 0.3mm. Depending on your nozzle diameter, the last line may or may not show up.
