The thread holding these tips on umbrellas is notorious for failing causing the loss of the rib tip to be lost. This is a replacement for the single rib style of Totes umbrellas. Printing: Print vertically with a brim at 100% infill. Two wall thickness should be fine. Supports shouldn't be needed. Weight came out to about 1g. Assembly: You'll need a needle, thread, and a small spacer to give the thread a little slack. I used a flat tooth pick. Nylon thread is suggested so the replacement tip would be less likely to be lost. I bolstered the existing factory tips too.
