Use at your own risk. *** This tool is designed to cut 1in x 18in Tourniquet rolls in 2 pieces long ways. The tourniquet can then be used as PPE / Mask bands. This allows for bands to be made out of non-latex material. The cutter is designed so you can secure them to a flat surface and have an array of cutters cutting at once. The hole in the handle is 13mm in diameter for a rod to run down the array for cutting with ever cutter in the array. Build of Materials: 2x - M3 x 12mm Cap screw or Set Screw 1x - Utility Blade This is a tool for the MalaMask Project.
