Mount for holding Axis 19mm mast into a boogie board. I used half of a 450mm length Axis mast (225mm long) for my tow boogie, with m8 threads tapped into the cut end of the mast. Print settings used: PETG filament 0.2mm layer height 60% cubic infill 2mm wall thickness, 1mm top/bottom. Steps to use: 1. You'll need to cut a hole in the boogie board with a sharp craft knife to suit this shape (do it slowly/carefully, checking that the mast mount fits snug). 2. Four M4 x 30mm countersunk head bolts are used to hold the lower clamp against to the top clamp (don't overtighten these). 3. Slide the mast up into the bracket 4. Two m8 x ~60mm (fully threaded) bolts are used to hold the mast into the clamp. For extra stiffness of the motor mount, I used a 400x200 piece of 4mm thick ACM (alu composite panel) on top of the mast clamp (with the m8 bolts going through it to the mast clamp, and a smooth cutout to fit the cables through), glued to the boogie with contact adhesive. This distributes the load of the boogie over the rear of the boogie board.
