Those are a left and right hook to support a towel bar in front of a Vasco Iris Radiator. You will need a bar with a diameter of 16mm that goes in between the two hooks. The hooks clip onto the radiator. Maybe the hooks fit other Vasco radiators. The bar diameter of the radiator is 22mm.
