A variable-size towel holder rack -- cut the PVC pipe to your desired length.

In addition to two of the printed pieces, you'll need four drywall screws and a length of 1" schedule 40 PVC pipe. (Note that its outer diameter is roughly 33.5mm, not 1".)

Prints well without support or rafts. I recommend at least 20% infill for strength. I printed at 0.2mm layer height, but this shouldn't be especially important.

Print Settings

Printer:

Hictop Prusa Mendel i3 clone

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

200um

Infill:

20%

Notes:

Once printed, cut your desired length of PVC pipe (leave extra for inside the holders), press-fit it together, and mount using drywall screws.

Category: Household
