I'm a big fan of the original design by bradk2012 from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32408). I've printed several for myself and my family, but my youngest son is on the shorter side, so I added extra length to the design. Print Settings: Printer: My go-to printer is the Anet A6. Rafts: No rafts were needed for this print. Supports: I didn't use any supports either. Resolution: I opted for a resolution of 0.2mm for crisp details. Infill: To balance strength and weight, I chose an infill percentage of 15% or 20%, depending on the specific print requirements.
