Tower Garden Gooseneck Lighting

Endless thanks to [@boundarycondition](https://www.thingiverse.com/boundarycondition/designs) for his awesome and extremely comprehensive [modular tower garden](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3405964) remix. The two main files replace the standard lid provided by [@boundarycondition](https://www.thingiverse.com/boundarycondition/designs), and they allow for the mounting of goosenecks with LED grow lights. CAUTIONARY NOTE: The addition of this lighting makes the tower quite top heavy and that much more susceptible to tipping. Cats, dogs, children, high winds, and clumsy individuals could be an issue. I'm just sayin'. Suggested improvement worthy of a remix: Add robust tabs to the inside the diameter of each twist-lock module so that the modules could be secured together with, for example, M4 screws. This could provide some much-needed rigidity to the assembled tower, regardless of lighting. (A well-known, commercially available tower garden with gooseneck lighting utilizes threaded rods hidden within the wetted portion of the tower for just this purpose.)
