The Garage Parts are meant to meet up on the more open side for the Garage, and the closed side for the Storage. For assembly, I used epoxy, but others could be used. The door will need to be placed with the dowels inserted before gluing, and take care to not glue the door down, so the door has free range of motion. Windows can be used as one wants, I used 6.
