Toy Car That You Can Build!

Here we have a 3d printed kit car that you can build yourself! The tires and body can be removed easily using 3d printed nuts and bolts. The car is FULLY 3d printed! This car will be part of a series where i'll be designing new bodies for this existing wheels and frame. Measures 166mm x 117mm and is 100.5mm tall (Fully assembled) Each part can be printed in different colored filament to achieve a more realistic look! Prints very easy with no supports required. One seen in the pictures was printed at 0.3 layer height. I use 2mm walls for a nice strong print. The body and frame i used 10% infill. The bolts i used 20%. The door handles and windshield wipers are raised out from the body by 1mm to give it a realistic look. Parts that you need to print are: 1 Jeep Body 1 Frame 2 Left Wheels 2 Right Wheels 2 Axle Bolts 2 Axle Nuts 2 Box Body Bolts 2 Hood Body Bolts 1 Wrench (optional)
