It's a toy..It can rotate it's head and wrist..it can also move it's arms and feet..it's a complete working model..you can easily use this CAD model to produce this product as I also tested it's structural strength and rigidity..if you ask I can upload the single parts too..I've also added step/iges files..thanks.. :)
