Note that the official replacement part is around $8 from any Toyota dealer, so this is strictly for someone who has the printer and plastic on hand and wants to avoid a trip to the parts counter. I printed it top-side down so I could avoid having any supports in the spline shaft region of the lever. I modeled this with tolerances I've found to work well for my printer, yours may vary and you may need to modify them to fit your own (especially the spline dimensions, which are particularly critical). I included a STEP file so hopefully that will be straightforward for you in your CAD program of choice!
