This is an inner door pull handle for an AE86 that screws into the factory holes. If your AE86 was anything like mine, your factory door-pulls-slash-armrests-for-ants disintegrated over a decade ago so these are a handy replacement with a nice Levin logo. If I were fussier I'd have made it so the edges are parallel with the top and bottom of the doors, but I'm not so I didn't. Also this may not fit fancier trimmed models like the GTS, but I'm not sure as I don't have one to test on.
