Toyota Corolla (2004) Air Vent Blade

Toyota Corolla (2004) Air Vent Blade

This is for a 13 years old Corolla. 2 blades from an air vent were broken. Important when printing : Do not use supports. The model includes very small supports for each of the 3 cylindric axes (the cylindric parts that must be inserted inside the vent). So take care - to print no more than 0.1 mm layer height for the supports to print correctly. - if you want to rotate the model into your slicer, supports must be on contact with the bed After printing, remove the 3 small supports using a razor blade. I printed this using M-ABS (kind of ABS) because it's a little bit more flexible than PLA so this makes it easier to insert the blades into the vent. But PLA should work. If necessary, after printing, sanding a little bit around the cylinders can help. Picture : the new blades are number 3 & 4 starting from the top of the vent. Comments welcome
