this will replace the rear sunshade in the toyota prius and add a lightweight pet fence to the rear of the car. it will not hold your pets in the back in an accident and should be built in a way that it cannot fly forward into the back of your head in an accident. i printed this with 5 extra shells and 50% infill because i knew i was going to work on them with a belt sander. the bottom 2 corners will need to be radiused (i dont know how to do that in the cad programs.. takes me 5 seconds on a belt sander.. probably 5 hours on the computer..) Instructions you need welding skills for this one. print parts radius bottom edges so it fits better into the rear sunshade slot bend metal into whatever design you think will work for you weld it up paint it (optional add felt like the original) install into car make sure it wont slice the top of your head off in an accident.
