Upper hinge for 2012 Toyota Sienna, and any Toyota sharing the door part number. The upper hinge on the fuel door seized and separated from the door after 6 years. I printed this using ABS and secured the side opposite of the hinge using a plastic body pin and Gorilla glue. The door is fully functional again with no issues.
