The tilt column in my Toyota Tundra 2010 stopped holding its position. I diagnosed it to this plastic piece under the adjust handle that was worn out. I modeled it in Solidworks and printed a new one and it works perfect. I printed using a high end powder 3D printer, but it should work with PLA at 100% infill too.
