TP vs. Covid-19

The board is intented to be a solid block of wood, with the square outlines laser-cut. The intention was to then use a spray stain to create a gradient-type dark vs. light squares, with the stain concentrated in the center of each of the dark squares, and some of the stain overlapping onto the light squares - the same way coronavirus does not respect borders. Each of the chess pieces are made of two separate 3D printed pieces - a base and a top, with a 3/4" hole in the center for a piece of steel to be inserted to add weight. The pawns would each get 1", rooks, knights, and bishops get 1.5", and the queens and kings get 2".
