TP4056 PCB Case

TP4056 PCB Case

A case for the TP4056 PCB that I use to charge rechargeable lithium cells from discarded vapes so that they can be reused. There is a hole in the lid so the LEDs can be seen. There is a bumper at the bottom of the case to raise the PCB so that the solder joints don't interfere with the fitting. Link to the eBay listing: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/283448430077?var=584486738961 Supports won't be necessary for printers that have good cooling but can be used to make sure that the overhangs print correctly. When printing without supports the overhang dips slightly but this does not affect the final product. To assemble you should first thread the cables through the long rectangular hole then slide the side of the PCB that the cables are soldered to into the case. Next, push the side of the PCB that has the micro USB connecter on until it clips into position (this may require some force so be careful not to damage the PCB).
