<p>Just whipped this up, more rigid option to bed springs.<br/> Going to start with tpu, 75% infill and work from there. -- 75% might be too stiff, will test more and try 50% as well. Turns out even 50% was kind of stiff, I've gone all the way down to 15%.</p> <p>Right now they're at 15% infill, lines, touching.</p> <p>Should be fine, I have some tpu washers pushing up to the underside of the bed and 100C isn't close enough for the tpu to distort and these are far more dense.</p> <p>A suppose you could use other materials like nylon with less infill.</p> <p>Not even sure if this will work, but I had an idea and needed to work it out.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Unassociated tags: i3 mega<br/> Category: 3D Printer Parts</p>
